At OneClick3D, we operate on a credit-based, pay-as-you-go system. All credit purchases are final and non-refundable. This policy ensures we can maintain competitive pricing and high-quality service.

Important: We do not offer subscriptions or free trials. You purchase credits once and use them as needed.

This Refund Policy should be read in conjunction with our Terms of Service.

1. Automatic Credit Refunds

✓ When Credits Are Automatically Refunded

If your 3D model generation fails due to technical issues, server errors, or problems with our AI processing, your 10 credits will be automatically refunded to your account immediately.

How it works:

  • Credits are deducted when you click "Generate 3D Model"
  • If the generation fails, credits are instantly returned to your balance
  • You'll see the refund reflected in your credit balance immediately
  • No action is required from you to receive this refund
  • The failed generation will be marked as "FAILED" in your history

Common technical failures that trigger automatic refunds:

  • AI processing errors
  • Server timeouts or crashes
  • Infrastructure issues with our service providers
  • File processing errors

2. No Refund Policy

All Sales Are Final

We do not offer refunds for credit purchases. All sales are final. Credits are digital goods delivered instantly upon purchase, and we cannot provide refunds for any unused portion of your credits.

Why No Refunds?

  • Digital Goods: Credits are delivered instantly and cannot be "returned"
  • Transparent Examples: Our homepage displays real example generations so you know what to expect
  • No Subscription: Unlike subscriptions, you only pay for what you use with no recurring charges
  • Competitive Pricing: This policy allows us to maintain low prices and high-quality service
  • Try Before Larger Purchases: Start with our Starter package (60 credits for $9.99) to test the service before investing in larger credit packages

Exceptions

Refunds may only be considered in exceptional circumstances such as:

  • Technical error or duplicate charge by our payment processor
  • Unauthorized transaction (with proof)
  • Service completely unavailable for an extended period after purchase

3. Start with a Small Package

We recommend starting with our Starter package (60 credits for $9.99) to test the service before investing in larger credit packages.

  • Upload multiple high-quality images from different angles
  • Ensure good lighting and clear backgrounds in your photos
  • Adjust generation settings (mesh quality, material type, etc.)
  • Follow our best practices guide for optimal results

No Refunds for Quality

We do NOT provide refunds based on dissatisfaction with the quality or results of successfully generated 3D models. AI-generated 3D models can vary in quality depending on input image quality, angles, lighting, and object complexity.

By purchasing credits, you acknowledge that you have reviewed example generations on our homepage and understand the nature of AI-generated 3D models.

4. Credit Expiration

  • All credits expire one (1) year after the purchase date
  • You will receive reminder emails before your credits expire
  • Expired credits cannot be refunded, recovered, or extended
  • This policy is clearly disclosed at the time of purchase
  • It is your responsibility to use credits before expiration

We provide a generous 1-year expiration period to give you ample time to use your credits at your own pace.

5. Automatic Credit Refunds (Technical Failures)

6. Chargebacks and Disputes

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. Chargebacks for legitimate purchases will result in immediate account termination and may be contested.

If You File a Chargeback:

  • Your account will be immediately suspended or terminated
  • All credits will be forfeited without recovery
  • We will contest fraudulent or unjustified chargebacks with evidence of service delivery
  • You will be responsible for chargeback fees in cases of abuse

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Material changes will be communicated via email.
